Our inaugural community gathering was held on November 11th, 2022, at a picturesque backyard in Newport Beach. The concept for these gatherings emerged as a result of my commitment to making Sunday Gathering my primary occupation. Being so new to the scene, I felt disconnected from fellow members of this creative community. Attendees were invited to enjoy beverages from Sip Sip Mobile Bar and indulge in a delightful grazing table, fostering connections within the community. The ambiance was enhanced by a cozy fire pit where guests could craft their own floral arrangements, courtesy of Petal Talk. Typeaway Poetry provided personalized poems for each guest, creating an unforgettable experience. The event was beautifully documented by Val Vogt Bauer. Unbeknownst to us at the time, these gatherings evolved into a fundamental aspect of our brand, with events held every season, welcoming not only industry professionals but also individuals seeking community.
